I ordered this brake caliper via back order back in may, once it arrived i booked in to have it fitted the mechanic the told me that unfortunately it wasnt compatible with my bike and that i should try and return it (he did explain why but not being a mechanic myself i cant remember exactly why it wouldnt work) the caliper was a month past the returns date by the time i managed to get booked in for it to be fitted but i thought id try my luck anyway seeing as this company is SO good, instead of returning the caliper they kindly offered me store credit to the amount of the item (£45) off my next purchase which just so happend that i need some rear brake shoes to which i had a reply saying that how about instead of store credit they send me the RCB carbon brake shoes FOR FREE! This is sooo helpful to me, so much more so than store credit, i cant say enough nice things about this company and i highly recommend them to any1 looking to purchase off of them. 5* all day, everyday!

Great variator and very well built and machined, and has the different angle variator plate with matching drive face pulley which no one else offers! Currently running the rear torque pulley from ProperRacingLine too so its all paired up and working wonders! Take off has improved also

Really impressed with this variator. My PCX was topping out at around 62mph indicated before and since fitting it I’ve seen 74mph indicated.
It’s not just the top speed either. My 0–30 is around a second quicker and the bike just feels like it’s got more torque. Before, I felt like I was ringing its neck just to get up to speed, whereas now it gets there so much more easily and feels much stronger.
I’ve got videos of the speed tests before and after fitting it, so the difference is definitely there.
Honestly, it’s transformed the bike. Didn’t expect such a big difference from changing the variator. Really pleased with it 👍

Proper Racing varator Kit – Impressed With the Results!
Wow, the difference after fitting a proper racing kit is brilliant. I changed the variator rollers, belt, CVT spring and fitted proper racing sliders, and the results have honestly surprised me.
Before the changes, I was getting around 72 mph. After a bit of trial and error with different setups, I’m now seeing roughly 90 mph indicated at around 9,000 rpm, although realistically it’s around 82 mph on the tracker and Sat Nav. It doesn’t really feel like it has much more left at the top end, but the acceleration and overall smoothness are a massive improvement.
I tried a 1200 CVT spring with 13 g rollers, but it was giving me too much upfront and not enough on the top end — around 65 mph. I then tried 15 g rollers with the 1200 spring, but got pretty much the same outcome.
I eventually found the sweet spot with the 1500 CVT spring and a mixed roller setup: 3 x 13 g + 3 x 15 g rollers, giving an average of 14 g.
I also fitted a new Kevlar belt and proper racing sliders, and that’s where I really noticed the difference. The acceleration is so much smoother, the upfront speed is considerably better, and the bike feels much more responsive throughout.
It took a little trial and error to get the setup right, but I’m genuinely impressed with the outcome. Around 82 mph GPS/Sat Nav top speed and much smoother, stronger acceleration is a huge improvement over the original setup.

The rack looks well made but initially came without fitting instructions or a diagram to show how the parts fit together. This was quickly rectified by the sales team and I'm now looking forward to fitting it.

sorry to hear the instructions got missed out, if this issued was raised with us we could of sent these over and assisted personally with how to fit it. as for which panniers these would fit this is listed on our website prior to purchase which is the shad sh23 or shad sh35 models. we offer full support on all of our products but only if this is raised to us which in this case it hasn't.
Very pleased fitted no problems and restored the scoooter to new riding condition
Service and price from DC Parts was outstanding but on measuring the belt which should be 22mm it measured 21.49mm not DCs fault but Michelin's.
