Refund policy

RETURNS
All returns must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date, all returned items must be in a new and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached. If ANY of the product's packaging/labels is missing or damaged, there will be a deduction. The amount is based on two factors.
DAMAGED PACKAGING
- If the packaging to the product has been opened & cannot be resealed to a new condition a percentage fee of 15% will be deducted.
- If the packaging to the product is missing a percentage fee of 30% will be deducted
Please note that there will be a 10% cancellation fee for back orders that are returned due to being unwanted, as these are not items we would typically have in stock.
Majority of our items are sent via Royal mail and larger items will be sent via courier. Please return these to us using the same method they were delivered to you by.
RETURN PROCESS
Step 1 – Login into your account & request a return.
Step 2 – We will email you a returns label along with instructions'.
Step 3- Please include a note in your parcel with your order number to insure we can process the return asap, if not it may take us longer to process your return.
Step 4 – Drop off your return to your local post office.
REFUNDS:
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 3 to 5 working days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
A deduction may be made from the total sum of your refund if the packaging of the item has been damaged in a way it devalues the item. i.e. if we can no re seal or repackage the item back to the same condition it was sent to you in. This excludes the postal packing.
Return Postage
Please note you will be responsible for shipping costs for unwanted items/change of mind. We will supply a returns label for unwanted/change of mind items for a return postage fee of £5.90. However on the occasion if we are at fault we will issue you a free returns label please see below of examples.
If you opt to use your own courier instead of our free returns then we will NOT be able to reimburse you for the cost of this. You can use your own courier if you don't want to use ours however this will be at your own expense.

- Free returns are ONLY eligible to UK orders any international orders will need to be returned at the customers expense and own shipping method.
Back Orders
Back orders are items we don’t stock or are out of stock but these can still be ordered in once customer has made a purchase. All back orders WILL take considerably longer for delivery. Once your order has been made then a back order can not be cancelled you will need to accept delivery of the item then return to us. If a back ordered item is returned then there will be a restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price ( excluding any delivery charges ).
