These pannier rails are simple to fit together. Just leave all the bolts loose until it’s in place. There is a bar that connects to the rear shock top bolt - leave this off the rails, put the shock bolt in and tighten the shock bolt (ensure that the arch is facing down otherwise you can’t tighten the shock bolt.) before you connect it to the rails. I cut a section of the plastic away to make it easier to get to the shock bolt. The bar that fits to the rear foot rest needs to have the long straight by the footrest in order for the footrest to go back.
